Fundraising License Tags

Welcome to the Department of Fish and Game's Big Game Fund-Raising License Tags homepage. This year we are continuing our web-based application process. The required forms should be filled out on your computer, and a hard copy of these forms must be printed, signed and mailed to the address indicated in the Call for Applications. An instructional form is listed below to help guide you through this process. All applications must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. on September 25, 2008.
