The OSPR convergent volunteer program

The OSPR Volunteer Program allows concerned citizens to participate in tasks connected to saving wildlife and habitat during oil spill response and clean-up. This new program will develop protocols for the recruiting, interviewing, and training of a corps of volunteers that can respond immediately to an oil spill all along the coastline of California.
