Fish and Game Commission Schedules Teleconference Executive Session

As a continuation of its May 23, 2005 meeting, the California Fish and Game Commission will meet in a closed teleconference executive session on Monday, June 6, 2005, at 10 a.m. This meeting is held pursuant to Government Code Section 11126(e)(1) and Section 309 of the Fish and Game Code.

The purpose of this executive session is to receive and consider its Hearing Officer's recommendations on license and permit items and adoption of Commission findings for Rodger James Healy, possible suspension of commercial sea urchin diving permit and Jack Morici, possible suspension of commercial fishing license privileges.

The conference call will originate from the Commission's conference room in the Resources Building, 1416 Ninth St., Room 1320, in Sacramento. Commissioners will participate from their respective offices.
