California Fish and Game Commission Teleconference Meeting Will Consider Permit Appeals in Executive Session

:The California Fish and Game Commission, pursuant to Government Code Section 11126(e)(1) and Section 309 of the Fish and Game Code, will hold a teleconference executive session on Jan. 22, at 10 a.m. to consider its Hearing Officer’s recommendations on license and permit items and adoption of Commission findings.

The conference call will originate from the Commission’s Conference room in the Resources Building, 1416 Ninth Street, Room 1320, in Sacramento. Commission President Michael Flores will be at the Commission office and Commissioners Sam Schuchat, Jim Kellogg and Bob Hattoy will participate from their offices in Oakland, Concord and Long Beach, respectively.
