Administrative Procedures Act (APA) Regulatory Process
The Fish and Game Commission will be receiving recommendations for potential MPA Proposal Alternatives from the Blue Ribbon Task Force on June 11, 2008. When the Commission determines its preferred alternative and other alternatives for regulatory consideration, it will begin the APA regulatory review process. At that time, regulatory process documents will be posted here.
