Subregion 1:
- Package P with 122° 21' W for west boundary at Aņo Nuevo
- Insert Natural Bridges intertidal SMR from 3R
Subregion 2:
- Package 3R in Soquel Canyon and Portuguese Ledge
- Package P in Moro Cojo and Elkhorn Slough
Subregion 3:
- Provide regulatory options for fishing and diving at certain times of the day and days of week
- Package P with addition of an SMR going from Pt. Pinos to the southwestern extent of Package P (Point Joe) in Monterey/Pacific Grove.
Subregion 4:
- Package 3R at Pt. Sur
- Package P at Big Creek
Subregion 5:
- Package P at Piedras Blancas
- Package 3R with adjustment for due east/west boundaries for Cambria park and reserve
Subregion 6:
- Package P for Pt. Buchon and Morro Bay
Subregion 7:
