Herring Fishery: 2005 California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Document

Contents

Potential environmental impacts of the herring fishery are addressed each year in an environmental document, in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The 2005 Supplemental Environmental Document for Pacific Herring Commercial Fishing Regulations reviews and evaluates proposed regulatory changes for the 2005-06 fishing season, supplementing and in some cases replacing, aspects of the proposed project described in the 1998 Final Environmental (FED) and the Final Supplemental Environmental Documents of 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2004. There was no Supplemental Environmental Document for 2003.
