Sacramento River Wildlife Area Land Management Plan

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has prepared a Comprehensive Management Plan for the 3770-acre Sacramento River Wildlife Area for public review. The plan provides long-term direction for the management of this important riparian habitat for fish and wildlife species and for compatible public use. A proposed Initial Study/Negative Declaration has also been prepared for public review pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).

The Draft Comprehensive Management Plan and proposed Negative Declaration will be available for thirty (30) calendar days for public review and comment, until December 17, 2003.
