Grassland for its value as raptor foraging area, as well as the value for numerous sensitive species; Coastal sage scrub for its value for numerous sensitive species, including California gnatcatcher; Willow-sycamore riparian for its value as nesting habitat for endangered species and raptors, and overall importance as a water source for most of the wildlife which occurs on the property.
