Advanced Hunting Clinics

Waterfowl Hunting Clinic

November 21, 2015

Gray Lodge Wildlife Area, Butte County

Two experienced instructors, retired CDFW Chief of Patrol Mike Carion, and Warden Aaron Freitas will host this exciting clinic.

Topics to be covered are decoy placement, blind design, waterfowl calling and duck identification. Other topics discussed will be waterfowl hunting gear, game care, cooking tips and safety. Information will also be provided on hunting State Wildlife Areas and the Federal Refugees.  So, if you want to learn how to hunt waterfowl successfully in Northern California, then this is the clinic for you.

Space is limited. Cost $45. 17 years and younger are free but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
