The Department of Fish and Game has awarded five (5) Local Assistance Grants for 2006. The grant program supports implementation of NCCP plans. For 2006, DFG worked directly with NCCP participating jurisdictions/entities in San Diego, Eastern (Coachella Valley) and Western Riverside County, as well as East Contra Costa County. Funding towards these projects will help address urgent implementing needs.
