The Bay-Delta Sport Fishing Enhancement Stamp (BDSFES) Advisory Committee consists of nine members appointed by the Director pursuant to Section 7362 of the Fish and Game Code. The purpose of the Advisory Committee is to recommend to the Department projects and budgets for the expenditure of revenues generated by the BDSFES.

The Advisory Committee meets approximately every other month at the Yolo Bypass Wildlife Area in Davis. The meetings are open to the public.
